Preparing Your Shipment For Koi:

Once payment is received, we need at least a week to prepare your shipment. That includes moving the koi to a quarantine tank & cease feeding the koi. This will reduce waste from the fish that can contaminate the water.

We can use Freeze "Gel" pack to maintain ideal temperature.

Live Fish Shipping:

To ensure the safety and condition of your koi, we will only ship Next Day Delivery with FedEx or UPS, our choice.

Depending on the size & quantity of koi you order, we will determine the optimum number of boxes required for safe delivery of your koi. We reserve the right to determine how many koi can be shipped in a box. You can call us before finalizing your order.

Refunds on Koi
We offer full refunds for our koi in cases of excessive damage to koi or death during transport.  While we do everything we can to minimize the stress of travel of our koi, we understand that accidents do happen. However, in order for us to provide a full refund, we have to make sure that all necessary precautions and care have been taken to ensure the safety of the koi. Therefore, certain limitations and restrictions towards replacements do apply.

1. If the koi is shipped door-to-door, it must be received on the first delivery attempt.
2. We must receive confirmation of your receipt and the condition of your koi within 5 hours of delivery.

Shipping Days: Tuesday and Wednesday only.

Supplies Shipping: Supplies cannot be shipped with Fish. Our prices for supplies includes free shipping via UPS or FedEX ground.

International Orders: At this time, we do not export fish outside of the United States
